with a hint of nutmeg and black pepper. Bright acidity in the mouth,

with a juicy blackberry finish.

Aging: Aged 6 months in neutral French Oak.

100% Dolcetto, 97 cases produced. ABV 12.5%.

Pairing: This bold red pairs well with red meat, Italian red

bolognese sauce, meatballs, veal marsala, bruschetta, BBQ

chicken pizza, and lasagna
