Fermentation and Aging: Saignée of Pinot Noir grapes,
stainless steel tank fermented and aged for 6 month.
With aromas of ripe strawberry and cherry, this medium bodied
rose has a mouth watering acidity and flavours of white peach and
raspberry on the palate. The perfect wine to sip while watching a
sunset, brunching or lounging by the pool.
Pairing: Roast chicken, salmon, tacos, pepperoni pizza.
