Vineyard: Jurassic Park Vineyard, own rooted 40 year old vines

in sandy loam soil.

Fermentation and Aging: 50% Stainless steel and 50% neutral

French Oak Barrel fermented, aged for 6 months in neutral oak.

100% Chenin Blanc, 111 cases prod. ABV 12.5%

Pairing: Fresh summer salads, roasted turkey, and ceviche.

This wine is bright and vibrant with Meyer lemon and Key lime on

the nose, complimented by Granny Smith apple and hints of feijoa.

A full bodied wine with bright acidity and a lingering lime zest

finish.
