Final Girl 2021 Sparkling Rose of Dolcetto

Aging: Fermented in neutral French Oak until bottled for its final

fermentation. This wine is made in a pet-nat (pétillant naturel) style,

finishing fermentation in bottle and has not been disgorged.

100% Dolcetto, 28 cases produced. ABV 12%.

This cloudy and fruit forward Sparkling Rose has notes of guava,

watermelon, tart cherries and red delicious apples on the finish.

Pairing: This sparkling rosé pairs well with ahi tuna, paella,

creamy risotto and chicken schnitzel.
